Hi~

Fortunately or unfortunately, I haven't come across such issues yet (perhaps, I am just not aware of it).

If somebody copies my postings and pretend that he or she is the New York Dreamer, then I would have an issue with such digital identity theft. how lame. ;-)
But what kind of tremendous benefit the person would get? Because I believe that digital citizens are much smarter than that and should be better than that.

If somebody makes opinions or comments on my stuff with proper references, I might not have much issue with such comments unless there are any serious misrepresentations. I might consider such use as fair use.

And if somebody somehow steals my stuff and use it for their own benefits (hopefully not that evil), I would have to think about what might be the consequences or the motivations of such actions. In this digital age, it would be very difficult to prevent, block, eliminate copyright infringement in its entirety. You can see the consequences from how the music industry ended up after spending millions of dollars on legal actions.

But as a member of the society in general, we all should think about and put our wisdom together on such issues. What kind of digital legacy we are trying to establish here at this moment, in this age? That would be the question we can put out there for all of us.

Just my personal thoughts...

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of unique content I've either created myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any methods to help protect against content from being ripped off? I'd really appreciate it.

I don’t even know how I ended up here, but I thought this post was good. I don’t know who you are but certainly you’re going to a famous blogger if you are not already ;) Cheers! Swiat Ubezpieczen.
